Job Description
The Receiving/Inventory Coordinator is responsible for verifying and processing shipments of clinical supplies and purchases, working with vendors, and ensuring accurate records. They are the first point of contact for logistics, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role involves maintaining inventory, supporting warehouse operations, and delivering essential supplies to hospital users.
Requirements
- Knowledge of automated Warehouse Materials Management Systems, accounting process, inventory control techniques, and supply distribution methods.
- Literacy in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Valid CT or NY driver's license (with clean driving record).
- Five years of experience in inventory control.
- Knowledge of hospital vehicle maintenance and inspections.
