Join our Graduate Agronomist program at Nutrien Ag Solutions and start your career in agriculture. Our 24-month program provides accelerated learning opportunities, professional networking, and support from business and industry leaders. You will be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on the ground training, and have mentors assigned to you to provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- Graduated prior to the commencement of the 2026 program or no longer than 3 years ago with a Bachelor Ag Science, Diploma in Agriculture or a relevant field.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.
- Experience in agriculture-related work fields, customer service, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
