Job Description
Nuovo Artistic Photography is a modern photography company dedicated to fostering trust, self-expression, and celebrating intimacy through portraiture. They are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to manage guest communication, coordinate with various departments, and ensure a seamless experience. The role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Respond to all incoming requests by phone, email and text.
- Serve as a central point of contact for guests and studio personnel.
- Manage conflicts and respond to customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with photographers, makeup artists, consultants, retouchers and the after-sales service team.
