The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing implementation and services programs for clients, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve client security posture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years' work experience in Project/Program Management, Account Management, and/or Client Success
- Proven track record of managing complex projects or programs from inception to completion for external clients
- Demonstrated strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Successful experience managing complex technology implementations across multiple stakeholders
