Job Description
NTT Data is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Finance team in Gurgaon, India. The role focuses on ensuring timely order-to-cash processes, improving process compliance, and providing proactive insights within accounts. The team provides contract management support, account operations, process compliance, and client onboarding. This is a results-oriented position supporting key processes across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong process/business knowledge with Order-to-Cash processes
- Analytical skills for continuous improvement
- Proficient with MS office suite
- Experience with SAP and Saleforce.com
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Self-management, coordination with teams, and effective time management
- UAT experience
