Join NTS Singapore as an NPI Engineer and lead new product introduction projects from design phase to mass production. Develop robust manufacturing processes and support production ramp-ups in a high-precision, cleanroom environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-precision assembly, manufacturing, or design engineering
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes including mechanics, electronics, control systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics (semiconductor industry preferred)
- Experience with complex mechatronic systems such as linear motors, sensors, servos, actuators, and control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in reading and updating technical drawings; cleanroom experience is an advantage
