Job Description
NTG Staffing is seeking a Signage Estimator for a client in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates for custom signage projects, analyze architectural drawings, and support pricing strategies to drive profitability.
Requirements
- Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate project estimates
- Identify labor, materials, equipment, and installation time requirements
- Prepare detailed bids and proposals aligned with design intent, budget, and timelines
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure pricing supports profitability
- Track and analyze pricing data, market trends, and material/labor costs
- Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality
- Conduct post-project profitability reviews to improve future estimates
- Participate in internal bid review meetings to present and refine pricing strategies
