Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide top-tier administrative support to a Staff executive team, including managing calendars, expenses, and financial records, as well as assisting with event planning and coordination.
Requirements
- Manage and optimize multiple executive calendars
- Manage all work-related expenses
- Accounting records of financial information
- Preparation of local financial reports support
- Annual and monthly declarations support
- Assist in creating and managing agendas for departmental staff meetings
- Help organize and plan internal events
- Be a representative of your executive
- Anticipate and react to executive requests
- General administrative duties
