NSI Industries is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead the execution and transformation of warehouse operations. The role involves providing leadership to the warehouse team, receiving and storing incoming products, and ensuring timely shipments of orders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of management experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good basic math skills
• Better than average analytical skills
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be able to visually distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects
• Finger/wrist dexterity to work effectively on computer keyboard or grabbing/packaging product
• Must be able to get along well with a variety of different people and work as part of a team
• Ability to work a variety of jobs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per-shift).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified or trained).
