Requirements
- Issuing proposals, updating Salesforce, and converting quotes into projects
- Assigning resources and coordinating schedules for training and consulting programmes
- Managing invoicing and liaising with Finance and Credit Control on billing issues
- Supporting business development outreach and client communications
- Handling supplier requests and vendor setup
- Ensuring reports are received and projects are tracked end-to-end
- Administering client satisfaction surveys and maintaining internal databases
- Troubleshooting and responding to client and team queries
- Supporting enhancements to Salesforce and other systems
- Taking on additional administrative duties as needed
