Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Services Technician to join our team at Vivint Smart Home. As a technician, you'll provide expert-level installation and services of cutting-edge technology, and have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential by leveraging services and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer services skills
- Sales experience (car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, call center experience)
- Field technician experience (cable installation, internet installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar technician)
- Clean driving record and valid license
- Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as independently
