Requirements
- 3-6 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in digital marketing or tech/agency hiring
- Strong sourcing skills for local and international profiles
- Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms, such as Jobvite and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience sourcing on other resume database platforms, such as Dice and Indeed
- Current network of technology profiles and experience nurturing passive candidate pools
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
