The Production Supervisor I oversees and monitors day-to-day operation of assigned areas, including workflow, job assignments, and rotations to ensure smooth flow and efficient production. The role involves collaborating with other departments, ensuring key performance indicators are met, and promoting a culture of safe production.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or at least three years' related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment
• Prior lead experience and/or supervisory experience in a GMP environment required
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills required
• Oral and written Spanish language skills are preferred
