Job Description
Sales Specialist for Poultry - West India responsible for managing sales of Novus products, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations, and participating in quarterly product and species review.
Requirements
- Manage sales activities of Novus products in assigned area to maximize profit, short term and long term
- Perform sales and marketing duties to execute approved business plans
- Contribute to building Novus into a broader, multiproduct/program and customer focused company
- Supervise distribution and sales support activities of Novus in the area
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating regulatory follow-up in area
- Support implementation of CSR activities and marketing of new products
- Adhere to Novus Management System (NMS) and Novus Integrity System (NIS)
