Senior QA Scientist

Novo Nordisk Foundation Cellerator is seeking a Senior QA Scientist to join their team in Lyngby, Denmark, focused on patient safety, product quality, and GMP compliance. This role involves system management of the eQMS, testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with various departments. Cellerator is a pioneering initiative accelerating cell-based therapies for clinical trials.

Requirements

• Industry experience (pharma, biotech, CDMO, CRO) is required
• Proven experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is required
• Experience with IT in a pharmaceutical context and electronic QMS systems is an advantage
• Deep understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements, and QMS development is required
• Experience in equipment/facilities validation and IT application validation lifecycle is preferred
• QA liaison experience with suppliers, CMOs, or CROs is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex content across organizational levels
• Advanced IT skills, including MS Office and collaboration/project tools
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
