Job Description
The company is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant for an 11-month parental leave cover to support the Chief Portfolio Officer (CPO) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Novo Nordisk Foundation in Hellerup, Denmark. The role focuses on translating Strategy 2030 into actionable plans, bridging strategic ambitions with execution, and providing proactive support throughout the leadership team. It requires a collaborative and international work environment.
Requirements
- Assisting the CPO and CFO with Board and Leadership Team Meetings
- Supporting portfolio management and international engagement
- Coordinating efforts for smooth financial processes and business development
- Serving as a liaison for the CPO and CFO
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Strong internal communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with management support
