Executive Assistant

Novig is a sports prediction market that guarantees users the best lines by allowing them to play directly against friends or the market, rather than against the house, making the sports trading experience more efficient, fair, and, most importantly, profitable. We're seeking a proactive, highly organized, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO in New York.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting a senior leader, ideally in a high-growth technology environment
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with a clear sense of what truly deserves time and attention
• Clear, thoughtful communication
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Agility and composure
• A collaborative, approachable style that builds trust and works seamlessly with peers, fellow EAs, and cross-functional partners
• A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
