Project Manager - PE Team

As a Project Manager in our Product Engineering team, you will oversee sustaining projects and manage change processes related to these projects, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic program goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or similar related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in managing complex, technical projects in medical device or regulated industries
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, Kaizen)
• Basic knowledge in plastics engineering is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong written and spoken English skills required; fluency in Czech required.
• Willingness to travel to Ludwigsstadt (Germany) or Berlin (Germany) and other Novanta locations (in the beginning up to 20 %)
