Job Description
Novanta is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and technologies, designing equipment and automation solutions, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Development, qualification and introduction of new processes and technologies into production
- Conceptual design of equipment and (partial) automation solutions
- Implementation of (partial) automation solutions
- Preparation of documentation and validation requirements for new
- Development of optimization solutions for manufacturing processes
- Developing and updating maintenance plans for installed production and production aids
- Development of working standards
- Preparation of operating instructions for production equipment/facilities
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting of test and production equipment
- Process validation support
- Participation in the selection and monitoring of technical equipment
- Participating in the maintenance of technical equipment
- Pricing of new products
- Adjusting prices according to the increase in price of raw materials
- Searching for suitable components for products
- Conducting internal audits
