Machining Operator

Novanta is seeking a Machine Operator II to operate and maintain complex manufacturing equipment, collaborate with the team to maintain production efficiency, and meet targets. The role involves inspecting finished products, conducting regular inspections of machinery, and performing preventive maintenance as needed.

• Have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Be familiar with various types of machinery and their functions
• Be familiar with quality control procedures and inspection techniques
• Be able to communicate effectively with team members
