Job Description
Novanta is seeking a Corporate Development Intern for Summer 2026. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our NYC Office. As a Corporate Development Intern, you will support the team in evaluating strategic initiatives for M&A and organic growth.
Requirements
- Conduct industry and company research to support M&A pipeline development
- Assist in financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential transactions
- Prepare presentations and investment memos for executive leadership
- Support due diligence efforts across functional teams
- Track market trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential acquisition targets, synergies, and risks
