Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Actuarial or Statistics.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the insurance sector.
- Mastery of IT project leadership methodologies and a strong understanding of the insurance life industry.
- Mastery of process modeling tools (UML, BPMN) and requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Solid skills in data analysis (SQL indispensable).
- Actuarial knowledge: understanding of pricing concepts, provision (Solvability II), financial risk management and product valuation.
