Job Description
NOV is seeking a Cybersecurity IAM Engineer to design, implement, and optimize identity and access solutions. This role focuses on securing user and system identities across Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, and AWS IAM, enabling secure digital operations and enforcing Zero Trust principles. The engineer will build automations, integrate SSO, and work with cross-functional teams to secure identity lifecycles.
Requirements
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative skills and ability to influence based on experience
- Experience with Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, AWS IAM
- Hands-on knowledge of authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with IAM lifecycle automation, group policy management, and access governance
