Senior Recruiter

Nourish is a healthcare company on a mission to improve people's health by making it easy to eat well. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll partner with the leadership team to attract and acquire top talent for non-technical and non-sales functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• At least 2+ years of in-house experience
• Experience working at an early-stage startup with fast growth
• Ability to proactively attract and engage world-class talent
• Data, systems, and process orientation
• Expertise in leading TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, etc)
