Provider Recruiting Associate

As a Provider Recruiting Associate, you'll play a critical role in shaping the journey for Registered Dietitians (RDs) looking to join Nourish. The role is centered around creating an amazing hiring experience for RDs, including vetting candidates, setting up offers, and developing timely and encouraging candidate communication plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development
• Hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new processes and assume ownership quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Passion for nutrition and wellness and motivation to help others improve their health
