Job Description
Nourish is hiring an Inside Sales Manager to build and own the inside sales motion, converting inbound provider leads and warming up new markets. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of inside sales experience in health-tech, consistently exceeding quota, and is systems-oriented.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of inside sales experience, ideally in health-tech
- In-depth experience selling to healthcare providers
- Consistently exceeded quota in a high-volume, provider-facing environment
- Systems-oriented with experience building tools or workflows to scale
- Comfortable with automation tools and creative outreach
- Genuinely excited about Nourish's mission and the impact we're making in healthcare
