Solicitor - Litigation

Nottingham City Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. This is a permanent full-time role with a 37-hour working week, requiring a hybrid approach, starting at £46,142 and rising to £49,282 per annum. The role involves general civil litigation, including property, commercial, and contract disputes, and may involve other work such as fee disputes and ADR. The position offers experience in various work areas and opportunities to develop knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Solicitor admitted for a number of years or equivalent experience.
• Ability to organise own workload and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Previous supervisory experience is welcomed.
