Job Description
Nottingham City Council is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Solicitor to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, performing General Civil Litigation work. The role involves complex commercial and property litigation, debt recovery, and drafting property disputes. Experience in Property Litigation and/or Debt Recovery is preferred. The position offers hybrid working and a supportive work culture.
Requirements
- Solicitor, CILEX (with Civil Litigation Practice Rights)
- Barrister, with substantial post qualification experience of Civil Litigation matters
- Significant experience of undertaking complex matters in respect of areas of law referred to in the job description
- Ability to organise own workload and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Ability to work under supervision
