IP Counsel

We are seeking a qualified and technically skilled In-house Intellectual Property Counsel to join our London office. The role involves working closely with our industrial design, AI, and software development teams to identify and protect valuable intellectual property assets.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Qualified as a UK Chartered Patent Attorney and/or European Patent Attorney (EPA).
• Qualified in the UK and/or Germany.
• Robust understanding of applicable law sufficient to support related legal matters.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Excellent English communication skills —written and spoken.
• Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
