Job Description
Northwood is seeking a Communications Leader to influence the company's narrative and build momentum. This role involves translating vision into clear language, managing media relations, building product storytelling, and leading communications initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with a strong understanding of technical messaging and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years in communications, public affairs, journalism, brand strategy, or related roles
- Experience supporting or collaborating directly with founders or C-suite execs
- Exceptional writing portfolio across a range of formats
- Exceptional writing portfolio across a range of formats
- Background in startups, aerospace, national security, or infrastructure strongly preferred
