Investment Associate - Private Debt & Equity

Northwestern Mutual Capital is a committed investor in private credit and equity co-investment markets. The Pre-MBA NMC Associate position provides an opportunity to engage with Private Equity partners, develop analytical skills, and succeed in a high-volume deal team environment.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics
• Two-to-Four years of relevant experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, or corporate development
• Strong interpersonal skills, written / oral communication, and relationship building
