Patient Service Representative-Occupational Health McHenry Casual Days

As a Patient Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service to patients and guests, check patients in and out of appointments, and perform various administrative tasks. This is a casual position with variable shifts and occasional travel to other locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Zero to two years experience in a customer service position
• Working knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
• Bilingual (preferred)
