Job Description
Business Segment Director — Space & Secure Mission Systems leads a portfolio of space and secure mission programs delivering networking, data transport, cybersecurity, and high-assurance cryptographic capabilities supporting national assets worldwide. The role combines operational execution, customer trust, and business growth responsibility.
Requirements
- Active, transferable TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 15+ years leadership experience in defense or national security programs
- Experience managing high-value development and/or production programs
- Background supporting space systems, satellites, avionics, secure communications, cyber, or cryptographic systems
- Experience interacting directly with government customers
- Proven ability to lead teams and grow business
