Job Description
The Property Maintenance Technician will perform grounds cleanup/maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks. Candidates must have their own tools and be proficient in handyman skills. Bilingual in Spanish is required. The position is Part-Time, working 20 hours per week, reporting to the Property Manager.
Requirements
- Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cleans up after work is complete.
- Perform repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing.
