Job Description
The Associate Director of Operations for High School Relations provides comprehensive support to the Executive Director and HSR team. This position is responsible for planning and managing departmental processes, event planning, providing faculty liaison support, overseeing the annual MOU process with partner schools, and managing the daily administrative functions of the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience in program coordination, office management, or event planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based systems
