Northwest Ambulance is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join their team. The EMT will be responsible for delivering compassionate and timely care to patients, while adhering to established procedures and company policies.

- Strictly follow policies and procedures of NWA and County Medical Protocols
- Efficiently complete assigned tasks and submit necessary paperwork promptly
- Must be punctual and attentive
- Ensures the accuracy of documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Identifies and mitigates potential risks to patient safety, adhering to established procedures
- Ability to operate the ambulance safely at all times, in compliance with Washington State and company regulations
- Collaborates with dispatchers and management to deliver compassionate and timely care during unexpected circumstances
- Acts with integrity and supports the company, its values, and its employees
- Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to high uniform standards
- Ensures cleanliness, organization, and restocking of the ambulance throughout each shift
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities

- Proficiency in understanding vital signs, including the correct measurement and interpretation of values
- Capability to operate an oversize vehicle with smoothness and safety
