Cleared Systems Engineer

Northstrat is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their prototype solution team, supporting the development of modern software solutions for the National Customer. The role involves full lifecycle Systems Engineering, integration (SE&I), and collaborative software development within a fast-paced agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying user needs and feature implementation for mission software development.

Requirements

• Active or current Top-Secret clearance with SCI access and polygraph (TS/SCI with poly).
• 100% on-site, in-person availability.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
