Job Description
Northpointe is seeking a part-time Residential Support Specialist to provide personal care and comprehensive community living support services to residents in Norway, MI. This role focuses on maximizing independence, achieving goals, and promoting community inclusion. The position involves assisting with therapeutic activities, transportation, advocacy, and providing supportive interventions.
Requirements
- Assist clinical staff with therapeutic activities.
- Safely transport and accompany residents.
- Advocate for Recipient Rights.
