Job Description
Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Consultant, BPA to provide support for functional and technical queries, interact with IT and external vendors, and analyze system specifications. The ideal candidate will have a College or University degree and relevant proven work experience, with IIBA Certification being advantageous.
Requirements
- Self-starter with advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to liaise and translate between technical and non-technical departments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant product knowledge; experienced in consulting, analysis and change management
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong functional domain experience
- In-depth knowledge of applications used by our business partners, with functional competencies
