Senior Project Manager

National Award-Winning Studio seeks Senior Project Manager for San Luis Obispo office. The role oversees design and completion of architectural projects, leading teams and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting exceptional quality and client service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field required
• Architecture License preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience in architectural project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making abilities with sound professional judgment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit programs required
• Working knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
• For California positions: DSA experience required
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes
