Personal Banker (Woburn)

At Northern Bank, we're looking for a Personal Banker to help small businesses grow and provide exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a Teller Manager or CSR role, excellent communication and sales skills, and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• 2 years Teller Manager or CSR experience preferred
• Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, teller and platform bank systems.
• Strong customer focus
• High School Degree. Associate degree or higher preferred
• Flexible Schedule. Occasional late nights and Saturdays
