Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety & Security Installation Engineer (VMS) to join our onsite team at a prestigious client's site in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and occasional small works on the Video Management System (VMS) and its related integrations and security infrastructure.
Requirements
- Install and configure VMS cameras and associated hardware.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on VMS systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and configurations.
- Provide detailed reports on system health and incident resolutions.
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for internal SOC, IT/Network teams, and the lead security director regarding VMS systems.
- Deliver training and guidance on system usage and best practices when required.
