Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinic-Based

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Vernon Hills, IL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving children and families with autism and developmental needs. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), write and monitor individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other therapists to deliver wraparound care. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Licensed in the state of Illinois
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for serving children and families with autism and developmental needs
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs
