Global Partnership Coordinator

North Park University is seeking a Global Partnership Coordinator to oversee its global partnership program, which integrates faith, learning, and service in cross-cultural contexts. The role involves developing strategic initiatives, mentoring student leaders, and ensuring student leadership team development, while also coordinating campus-wide awareness events and fundraising. This position focuses on preparing students for meaningful lives of service in a global context.

Requirements

• Support the purpose, mission, and goals of the University and the Department of University Ministries
• Develop vision, strategy and philosophy for ministry fostering faith and spiritual formation in students
• Oversee and coordinate the Global Partnership relationships, trips, and visits
• Personally mentor & shepherd key student leaders and staff
• Oversee Global Partnership’s student leadership team and Trip Assistants
• Oversee campus-wide awareness and fundraising events
• Supervise the Global Partnership Interns and Global Partnerships Assistant
• Plan and collaborate with campus groups to provide advocacy and awareness for issues facing partner locations and global social justice issues
• Work with various campus departments including Athletics to facilitate specific trips
• Work with the International Office and other relevant campus bodies to ensure compliance with security protocols
• Maintain records of student participation
• Take projects or responsibilities as assigned by the Director of University Ministries
