Full Stack Engineer (Java/Angular)

At Nortal, we're looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer (Java/Angular) to join our collaborative engineering community and help solve meaningful problems. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack solutions using Java (Spring) on the backend and Angular on the frontend.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack solutions using Java (Spring) on the backend and Angular on the frontend
• Work closely with globally distributed, cross-functional teams in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
• Translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions and articulate their business value
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, APIs, and user stories
• Analyze end-to-end system flows and contribute to architectural and technical decisions
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues in distributed systems
• Contribute to improving development practices, tooling, CI/CD, and DevSecOps processes
• Take ownership of your work while actively collaborating and sharing knowledge with others
