Job Description
Normal Computing is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead and manage projects, mentor team members, and drive the strategic direction of their AI initiatives. This role involves building and deploying cutting-edge machine learning applications across various business aspects, leveraging large language models and solving complex AI and software engineering problems. Knowledge of SEMI a plus.
Requirements
- Lead AI projects from concept to production deployment
- Design and build systems using large language models
- Develop solutions for multi-modal data handling (PDFs, logs, tables)
- Resolve challenging AI and software engineering problems
- Integrate AI into products
- Guide junior engineers
