We're looking for a Technical Support Developer to handle technical issues and maintain our system, which primarily involves working with Laravel and Vue.js.
Requirements
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported through our support system
- Investigate, debug, and provide fixes for bugs in our Laravel and Vue.js-based applications
- Collaborate with the 1st line support and product teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets and effective communication with end-users
- Maintain and optimize existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability
- Document technical solutions and contribute to building a knowledge base for recurring issues
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary
