Vertrags - und Schadensmanager (m/w/d)

The Contract and Damage Manager will be responsible for managing FPA contracts, coordinating contractual issues, and leading coordination between project management and procurement. They will also support the construction department in processing claims and validate certifications.

Requirements

• Completed law degree or a double degree in business administration and law
• At least 3 years of experience in managing third-party contracts
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is an advantage
• Very good English skills (at least level B2-C1), German and Spanish are a plus
• Ability to connect various functions, departments, and countries
• Communication strength and team ability
• Structured, organized, and proactive working style
• Methodical approach and solution-oriented thinking
• Hardworking and used to working under tight deadlines in project-oriented environments
