Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a tech lead/team lead
• 1+ year of experience formally managing an engineering team
• Extensive experience as a backend software engineer
• Strong platform and architectural skills, with backend expertise
• Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical ideas to non-technical partners
