Job Description
Noom is a consumer-led digital health company that helps people live better, longer. We're seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support agile delivery and help foster high-performing, collaborative teams. As a Junior Scrum Master, you'll assist in running key ceremonies, supporting day-to-day workflows, and promoting a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or in a related role
- Foundational understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban) and agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative working style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or coursework related to software or digital product development is a plus
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
